A vegetarian for almost 20 years, Michelle is an experienced plant based cook, who has studied Culinary Arts at George Brown College and Culinary Nutrition at the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. Michelle believes that taking the time to cook real, whole foods can be a reconnecting force in our lives– reconnecting us to our family, our health and our earth. She works with people to show them how to incorporate more plant based meals in their diet and supports people transitioning into healthy plant based diets.
